Leigh Sansone, CPDT-KA (Certified Professional Dog Trainer), PMCT (Pat Miller Certified Trainer), CGC (AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator), of Ruff Customers Dog Training™, is the thinking person's dog trainer. A lawyer by training, Leigh applied the research skills she honed as a Manhattan litigator to learning the most effective, modern, and humane methods of dog training and behavior modification. Leigh has one dog, named "Miss Alabama" in honor of Leigh's southern roots. Allie is a five-and-a-half year old 60-pound mixed breed. Allie likes eating meat, chasing squirrels, and long walks on the beach. And, she actually earns her keep, helping Leigh work with dog-aggressive dogs to teach them dog body language and communication skills. NO, Allie is not perfect, but she does get trained and treated a lot in Leigh's spare time.
